Bird’s Nest Treats

Ingredients
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
2 Tbs creamy peanut butter
2 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
36 mini candy-coated Easter chocolates (Contains Peanuts)
Directions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a large glass bowl.
  3. Microwave in 20-second intervals (stirring each time) until smooth and melted.
  4. Gently stir in the chow mein noodles.
  5. Toss to coat.
  6. Use an ice cream scoop to spoon 12 mounds of coated noodles onto the baking sheet.
  7. Use a spoon to press down in the middle, and create an indentation.
  8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set chocolate.
  9. Add 3 chocolate candies to the middle of each nest.
